Hiatus Kaiyote, based in Melbourne, Australia, formed in 2011 and is composed of vocal Nai Palm, bassist Paul Bender, drummer Perrin Moss and keyboardist Simon Mavin. Vocal Nai Palm also arranged the lyrics and music for the album. Hiatus Kaiyote is based on Neo soul, Hip-hop, and added Post-rock, Jazz, and R&B. The unique music style is extremely difficult to be classified. In 2012, they released the debut album "Tawk Tomahawk", becoming the first Australia band to be nominated for the Grammy's Best R&B Performance. They announaced the first album in six years, once again satisfying the ears of fans with an unexpected music style.
